Due to the restrictions of Conservative and Orthodox Synagogues as well as many Reformed, photography is not allowed on Shabbat. However, when photography is permitted, your photographer must have the right equipment and know-how to work in low light environments and less than perfect conditions. Often capturing images during a service requires the photographer NOT to move from a single location for the entire service.
Long telephoto lenses are needed to shoot from the back of a large sanctuary while services held in a country club or hotel may simply not have attractive walls or backgrounds. The photographers at WTA Photo as well as the post production team know how to make things look better than in real-life. We will remove exit signs, lights and other attractions before creating your finished album and in most cases, without additional charge.
