- The agreement of the Operator(s) to perform is subject to accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other conditions beyond the control of the Operator(s).
- The Purchaser hereby assumes responsibility for his guests, customers, and staff and agrees to maintain conditions that will not inhibit the performances of the Operator(s) nor cause injury, loss or damage to the Operator(s) or their equipment.
- The parties hereby agree that the State of Maryland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from this agreement and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to its rules on the conflict of laws.
- The Purchaser in executing this agreement acknowledges his, her or their authority to do so and hereby assumes liability for the terms, conditions and amount stated herein.
- It is understood that the Operator(s) is an independent contractor and is not an employee or agent of the Purchaser or Agent.
- The Operator(s) must be admitted to the place of engagement at least 2 hours prior to the starting time, by the Purchaser, or his representative, have complete access to the set-up location furnish suitable space and provide facilities convenient to electrical power.
